Girls & Boys Developmental Class Schedule

This program is for those who are 1st grade and above.

Class Fees:
A. Pay full class fee for 1st class enrolled.
B. $10.00 off class fee for each additional class.

Program Philosophy
"To provide a safe and positive environment where children can learn the fantastic movement potential of the human body through the medium of gymnastics."

Program Objectives

  1. To develop both upper and lower body strength.
  2. To increase total body coordination and kinesthetic awareness.
  3. To increase flexibility in the trunk and extremities.
  4. To instill physical activity as a daily life style.
  5. To develop a positive self-image and self-confidence through the acquisition of gymnastics skills.

Classification Of Skills:

Super Kids (Age 5+) - This is a 1 hour class following the curriculum of the Developmental Gymnastics program. Children must have participated in "one" session of KK1 or KK2 and be recommended by their instructor.

Level 1 - Little or no experience in Developmental Gymnastics.

Level 2 - Basic movements & skills on all events or passing Level 1.

Level 3 thru 6 Boys
& Levels 3 thru 8 Girls -
Recommendation by results of skill evaluation or passing previous previous level.
