Cheer Tumble

This program is designed to teach cheer tumbling skills in a progressive and safe manner. The use of the tumble trampoline, spring floor, and foam pits makes learning fun and exciting. Jim Melcarek and Emily Dimoff will be the instructors. Jim brings over thirty years of tumbling and gymnastics experience to this course. Class size is limited.

Fundamentals of Cheerleading

This class is designed to introduce the basics of cheerleading to students of all ages. Students will do jump and motion training along with strength training for stunting. They will learn the fundamentals needed to stunt, jump, dance and cheer properly. This class is perfect for getting you ready for a big try out. Those interested in this class need no prior experience or training to participate. Students will have the opportunity to bond with teammates, work with other squads and share ideas.

My name is Emily Dimoff. I am currently a sophomore at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater studying to become a special education teacher. I went to high school in Pewaukee, where I was a cheerleader since the sixth grade. I have a lot of experience with football, basketball, and competitive cheerleading. I am teaching this class because cheerleading has been a passion of mine for the past eight years, and I want to share my passion with others who are interested in cheerleading. I have experience on all-girl as well as co-ed squads, and I am excited to work with anybody, at any level. I can't wait to see you in my class! Class size is limited.
