At our facilities, we have many exciting
and friendly features such as:

Abundant parking and large, friendly,
customer service areas in the lobbies.

The restroom/locker room areas are spacious.
Baby changing stations are conveniently located in both the men's and women's restrooms
at the Brookfield gym.

The upstairs viewing area is large and
expansive. There is also a water fountain upstairs for your convenience.

 We have two Dance Studios at our
Brookfield location and one large Dance Studio at our Waukesha location enabling us to offer
many classes and class times to all of our Dance students.

The Brookfield gym has a dedicated Tiny Tot area that makes it possible to offer more after school and evening classes to those working parents whose schedules have not been able to take advantage of our daytime Tiny Tot classes.

Birthday parties at the Waukesha gym are
held in the upstairs viewing area. The Brookfield gym has a birthday party room located on the ground floor, just off the Tiny Tot area of the gym.

History
The word "Salto" is a gymnastics term for a somersault or
flip. Salto, Inc. (dba Salto Gymnastics) opened their door in June
1978 in a 5,500 sq, ft. building in the Town of Brookfield. In 1985, Salto
moved the Brookfield operation to the location on Barker Road. The need for
expansion prompted the opening of their Waukesha location in 1987. Continued
growth of enrollment enabled the "West" operation to move to the Poplar Drive
location in 1994. On January 1, 2004, the Brookfield operation moved its operation to
its impressive new location on Doral Road. Three of the five original owners are still actively
coaching at Salto: Ralph Druecke, Jim Melcarek, and Lynn Peterson.
Salto feels
it has one of the finest programs in the Midwest. All of our staff are
highly qualified and have had years of training and experience teaching
children. Our programs include instruction in gymnastics for ages 6
through high school. We also have an extensive Tiny Tot Fitness Program
for children ages 1 through Kindergarten. Salto's Dance Program
compliments the gymnastics and fitness programs. Lastly, Salto's
competitive programs are traditionally among the best in the Region. Many
of our athletes have currently been on various Region IV or National Junior and
Senior Olympic Teams.
