Salto is offering a variety of fitness classes from Boot Camp, Group Strength, Kickboxing, Pilates, Yogalattes and Zumba. Buy a punch card and attend classes of your choice until the card is used up. Amanda Johnson will be the instructor and is certified in Zumba, Yoga and Pilates.

FALL/SPRING DANCE NOTES
This year's Spring Dance performance will be held in June at the New Berlin West Performing Art Center. There will be more dance recital information to follow in your classes. Costume fees this year for the recital are $60.00 for Creative Movement and Dance Basics classes. The costume fees for all other classes are $70.00 per class. Costume measurements will be taken the first week of December and payment for these costumes is due no later than December 18th, 2010.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR FALL/WINTER/SPRING 2010-2011
REGISTRATION FOR FAMILIES ENROLLED IN SALTO'S SUMMER SESSION WILL BEGIN IMMEDIATELY. (SIBLINGS INCLUDED)
Students have been advised of the appropriate Class Level for Registration.

REGISTRATION BY PHONE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!

NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION
New student Registration for Fall will begin on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at 2:00pm. All new students in 1st grade and above with previous experience in gymnastics must be skill tested to determine the appropriate class level. Please complete the Registration Form as well as the Release and Acknowledgement of Risk Form and submit it with the full class fee and registration fee. If you have any questions, please call Salto West at 262-549-3344 or Salto Brookfield at 262-782-3430.

ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE-All students are required to pay a $20.00 Annual Registration Fee per gymnast, or $35.00 per family that must be paid once each year. For example, if the annual registration fee is first paid in June, it need not be paid again until the following June, etc. Please include this fee with your payment for all NEW STUDENTS and any CURRENT STUDENTS whose anniversary month has arrived. This will occur in March, June, September, December depending on which semester you first registered in.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE-It is MANDATORY that the full class fee be paid before your child's class begins. A $25.00 late fee will be added to your balance each month the balance is delinquent.

MAKE UP CLASSES-Make up classes are allowed, where there is class availability EXCEPT for dance classes where there is no makeup availability. Please sign-up at the front office.

PRO-RATING of fees will occur when you enroll in a class after the starting date. You may sign-up at anytime, providing that there is class availability.

FEE DISCOUNTS-The first class is full price, each additional class will receive a $10.00 discount. The discount is for all family members or one child signing up for more than one class.

REFUNDS will be made for moving, long term illness or injury.  Dance classes will only refund if moving.

$20.00 DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE OR NON-TRANSFERABLE
MASTER CARD, DISCOVER AND VISA ACCEPTED
RELEASE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS-All students MUST have the Release and Acknowledgement of Risk Form signed by the parent or guardian on file at Salto, Inc.
